Each fall since 2001, Spence & Sanders has produced a free-standing, 28-page section dedicated to the hospitals of Greater Boston. Articles range from stories on new technologies, services, and treatments to a Guide to Careers in Medicine. This has been one of the Globe’s most profitable special advertising sections.
